This agreement governs your use of the spinrp platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing spinrp, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia. Employees of spinrp and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts.
Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (e-wallets) / Rp 25.000 (bank transfer). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. No currency conversion fees charged by spinrp.
All bonuses carry a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Bonuses are valid for 30 days from activation. Slots contribute 100%; live casino contributes 10%.
One account per person. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and exploitation of software errors are all strictly prohibited. spinrp reserves the right to void bets placed in bad faith.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and spinrp ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on spinrp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on spinrp. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
2.2 Residency. spinrp's services are directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that you access the platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where accessing international offshore gaming platforms is not prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not under any legal disability, court order, or guardianship arrangement that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a Member account:
21+ Strictly Enforced: spinrp employs automated and manual age verification checks during registration and at the KYC stage. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on spinrp. Opening more than one account — whether in the same name or under different names or identities — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. spinrp will permanently suspend all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. spinrp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, spinrp will request identity verification documents. These may include:
KYC review is typically completed within 1 hour during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). spinrp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
3.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. spinrp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

4.3 Processing Times. Deposit credits are applied in real time for all supported channels. Withdrawal processing times are as follows (during standard operating hours, 07:00–23:00 WIB):
4.4 No Conversion Fees. spinrp does not charge currency conversion fees. All accounts are denominated in IDR and all transactions are processed in IDR. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside spinrp's control and are your responsibility.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your spinrp account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. spinrp is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with its AML compliance framework.
4.6 Withdrawal to Verified Method Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. spinrp will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Processing Note: Withdrawals requested outside standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. During peak periods such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), processing times may be slightly longer than standard.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by spinrp are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following standard wagering requirements apply:
5.3 Bonus Abuse. spinrp operates sophisticated fraud-detection systems. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses, suspension of the account(s) involved, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such conduct.
5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at 10× the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. spinrp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that members who have already activated a bonus prior to its withdrawal will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirements under the terms in force at the time of activation.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on spinrp are subject to acceptance at the platform's sole discretion. spinrp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected abuse, system error, or manifest pricing error.
6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or a price that is clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — spinrp reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account. "Clearly erroneous" means a price that is objectively inconsistent with the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Sports Betting. All football betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers — are governed by the settlement rules published in the sports betting help section of the platform. Settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of normal time (90 minutes plus added time) unless otherwise stated. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners; a single void leg will reduce the accumulator but does not automatically void the entire bet unless the remaining odds fall below 1.00.
6.4 Live Casino. Live casino results are final once confirmed by the live dealer and displayed on screen. No claims regarding dealer error will be accepted after the round has been settled on the platform. All live tables are operated by certified studio partners including Evolution Gaming and similar internationally licensed providers.
6.5 Togel Markets. Togel draw results are sourced from officially published lottery draw data. In the event of a dispute regarding a draw result, spinrp's published settlement result is final and binding. Draw schedules are published on the platform and are subject to change without advance notice in exceptional circumstances.
6.6 Slot Games & RNG. All slot and RNG-based table games use certified random number generation technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinrp platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the spinrp platform — including but not limited to the spinrp brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of spinrp or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence. spinrp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, frame, mirror, or deep-link to any part of the spinrp platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of spinrp's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context — including social media, forums, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited.
9.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by spinrp is governed by the spinrp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9.2 spinrp processes personal data in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles. Data is used for account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in.
9.3 spinrp employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and transactions. Payment data is processed via PCI-compliant payment gateways and is never stored in unencrypted form on spinrp's servers.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spinrp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
10.2 spinrp's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their spinrp account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 spinrp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, and internet connectivity issues outside spinrp's control may cause temporary unavailability. spinrp will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
10.4 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinrp makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of any odds or game data, or the outcome of any wager.
11.1 By spinrp. spinrp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to pass KYC verification; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or a regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by spinrp — all pending bonus funds and wagering requirements are immediately cancelled. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, provided the account was not closed due to fraud or breach of this Agreement, in which case spinrp may withhold funds pending investigation.
11.3 Survival. Clauses 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Governing Law), and any obligations relating to outstanding payments or investigations shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
12.1 spinrp operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spinrp holds its operating licence. The specific jurisdiction is available on request from our compliance team.
12.2 The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to spinrp's internal disputes resolution process. Members should raise disputes in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. spinrp will respond within 10 business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Nothing in this clause limits spinrp's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach of clauses relating to intellectual property or prohibited conduct.
13.1 spinrp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Agreement will always be published at spinrp.cam/terms-conditions, together with the date on which it was last updated.
13.2 Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, spinrp will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the Member's account, or by a prominent notice on the platform login page.
13.3 Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
